Service details, timelines, and deliverables are outlined in individual proposals or agreements.
To ensure the success of your project, you agree to:
Provide all necessary content, access credentials, approvals, and assets on time
Respond to feedback and communication requests within a reasonable time frame
Review and approve deliverables promptly
Respect project scope boundaries as defined in the proposal
Delays or miscommunication may affect project timelines and outcomes.
All pricing is agreed upon prior to the start of work and confirmed in your proposal or invoice
Projects may require an upfront deposit (typically 50%) to begin
Final payments are due upon completion or as outlined in your agreement
Late payments may incur a fee and may delay service delivery
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All original content, designs, videos, and strategies created by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received
Upon full payment, ownership of agreed-upon deliverables may transfer to you
You retain ownership of any content or assets you provide
We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise requested.
We respect your privacy and will not share, sell, or misuse any sensitive information or materials you provide. Confidentiality agreements may be established for specific projects upon request.
While we aim to achieve outstanding results, digital marketing outcomes can vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., market changes, competition, platform algorithms). We cannot guarantee:
Specific ROI or sales figures
Top search engine rankings
Performance benchmarks unless contractually stated
We will always act in your best interest and make data-driven, strategic decisions to support your goals.
You may cancel services at any time with written notice. Upon cancellation:
You will be billed for all work completed to date
Any unused deposits may be refunded at our discretion
Work will be delivered “as-is” based on the status at time of cancellation
We reserve the right to terminate services if payment terms are not met or if communication is consistently unresponsive.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies agreement to the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Province of Quebec and the Federal Laws of Canada. Any disputes arising will be handled in the jurisdiction where our business is legally registered.
